Looking for a new brunch spot? Zucca Miami is an elegant Italian ristorante and bar inside the charming Hotel St. Michel in Coral Gables, with a chic and modern interior – with green moss and rose gold accents – that sets the tone for an impressive boozy brunch prepared and served by Zucca’s impeccable Michelin-trained culinary team.
The Sunday brunch is buffet-style, beginning with spread of Italian antipasti, with homemade focaccia and breads, and an assortment of appetizers- including the must-have Burrata Tartine, and a complimentary glass of Prosecco, Mimosa or Bellini.
Zucca’s cocktail menus were curated by Miami’s cutting-edge beverage consultation and bar management company, Cocktail Cartel. This includes their brunchtime selection of cocktails featuring bubbly Prosecco.

The Food at Zucca Miami Brunch
In addition to the generous buffet spread, there are hot dishes of lasagna, risotto of the day, homemade porchetta, roast beef and prime rib. Each dish is first brought fresh from the kitchen, and served table side via a cart wheeled by Milanese Chef Simone Mua, before taken to their stations spread out through the restaurant.
Then, there are the main entrees, such as Sea Bass Benedict – fresh, grilled sea bass, served over focaccia, a poached egg, hollandaise sauce and asparagus and Ferrero Brioche French Toast – decadent French toast made with brioche bread and drizzled with Nutella and Ferrero Rocher crumbles. Try to save room for the chocolate bon bons among the sweets on the dessert station!
