Tequila Casa Dragones proudly announces the return of Jamming Sessions, its celebrated annual cocktail competition and a cornerstone of their Bartender Exchange Program. Now in its latest edition, the program once again invites Bartenders from across the U.S. and Mexico to showcase their creativity, passion and skill for a chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip to San Miguel de Allende, a cash prize, and a paid brand ambassadorship—bringing the total value of the grand prize to $5,000 USD.
As always, the competition honors not just technique, but storytelling, artistry, and a deep appreciation of Mexico’s rich flavors and cultural heritage.

Entries are open now through the May 14th deadline for Bartenders from the United States & Mexico. To enter, Bartenders must craft an original cocktail featuring Casa Dragones Blanco inspired by the 2025 theme and submit a video, recipe, and photo via the Casa Dragones online form.

The 2025 Theme: "Your Favorite Mexican Dish"
This year, bartenders are challenged to draw inspiration from their favorite Mexican dish—reinterpreting the flavors, textures, aromas, or even personal stories behind Mexico into a compelling cocktail made with Casa Dragones Blanco. As a brand deeply committed to elevating Mexican craftsmanship, Casa Dragones is known for its sophisticated pairing philosophy, often seen on the tables of Mexico’s and the world’s most renowned chefs. From Enrique Olvera (Pujol, Cosme) to Gabriela Cámara (Contramar, Cala), and culinary voices like Daniela Soto Innes, and Martha Ortiz, Casa Dragones continues to collaborate with the country’s leading talent—highlighting the intersection between fine dining and ultra premium sipping tequila.
Judges will select 8 Bartender Finalists who will advance and win a Trip to San Miguel de Allende, the Home of Casa Dragones, for an unforgettable live competition Finale. The first place winner will be awarded a cash prize, a Casa Dragones Brand Ambassadorship, and accompany Casa Dragones to Latin America’s top bar show, Barra México in Mexico City.
The 8 Finalists will win a trip to La Casa Dragones in their hometown of San Miguel de Allende where they will experience the UNESCO World Heritage Site magical town with Casa Dragones.
Judged by Industry Leaders - Submissions will be reviewed and judged by a panel of distinguished leaders in the industry:

- Fabiola Padilla — Mixologist & Founder, Bekeb (San Miguel de Allende)
- Yana Volfson — Beverage Consultant; Agave Expert, and Former National Beverage Director, Casamata Group

Bartenders based in Mexico or the U.S. are eligible to apply. The deadline for registration and cocktail submission is May 14, 2025.
