Named after executive chef/owner Jamie DeRosa’s daughter Isabela Grace, Izzy’s Fish & Oyster is an intimate New England-style oyster bar and bistro with an eclectic seashore décor. The award-winning seafood concept was inspired by the DeRosa family’s summertime memories of growing up on the shores of Cape Cod.
Izzy’s beverage manager extraordinaire, Jaime Russo, has created these new and delicious spirit-forward cocktails, and each one is better than the last!
Live Where You Vacation
The best luxurious and exotic holiday ever found in a coupe glass this drink is made with gin, Lillet Blanc, juniper syrup, grapefruit juice and lavender syrup, garnished with an edible marigold flower.
She’s Fancy and Fizzy
The perfect infusion of Hibiscus syrup creates this deliciously floral sparkling wine cocktail. Tequila, Hibiscus, Crème de Casis, Lime and Sparkling Wine
