In a cocktail shaker, add Aperol, Grand Marnier, Drambuie, bitters, syrup, pasteurized egg whites, Glenfiddich and orange shrub. Beat well to emulsify the egg white. Add the ice and beat eight times. Strain twice when pouring into a bowl. Add an edible flower of the season. Squeeze a lemon peel over the foam.

45 ml Tequila
30 ml Cointreau
15 ml Yellow Lemon Juice
45 ml Pineapple Juice
5 Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Finely Chopped Cilantro
Axhiote Salt


Chill glass and rim with axhiote salt. In a shaker, add all ingredients and fill up to  ¾ of ice. Shake vigorously and serve double cast. Pour drink into chilled glass and add some chopped cilantro at the end and place the orange wedge on the rim.

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass, fill it with ice and stir. Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice and add the garnish on top.
