On April 30, Brooks Winery and Red Rooster will be hosting 310 Sessions, a special 5-course wine pairing dinner at Ginny’s Supper Club in Harlem.
The event will feature a selection of Brooks vintages including 2011 Amycas White Table Wine, 2009 Ara Riesling, 2012 Pinot Noir Rosé
2012 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and 2011 Janus Pinot Noir and more. Janie Brooks Hueck and winemaker Chris Williams will be on hand to give a guided taste throughout the evening.
