The announcement earlier this year of the inaugural Chicago Style festival sent rounds of applause throughout the beverage industry. Billed as “equal parts drink and think,” Chicago Style will take place May 7 – 10, 208 pioneered by Shelby Allison (Lost Lake), Caitlin Laman (Ace Hotel Chicago) and Sharon Bronstein (The 86 Co.) The cocktail conference aims to bridge the gap in representation across the industry and promote equality.
The forward-thinking conference will include seminars, panels and celebratory events taking place at the Ace Hotel Chicago and throughout the city.
