The Monaco cocktail, inspired by the country that lies on the shores of the Riviera, halfway between the city of Nice and the Italian border, is visually stunning with its contrast of colors and layers. But the real highlight is the Electric dust garnish—an innovative ingredient that enhances your drinking experience.
“Electricdust engages your taste buds and takes them on a tongue-tingling, flavor-bending journey in a unique way, while also being aesthetically pleasing with an edible iridescence and oceanic hue,” Boarini says. The signature cocktail also features an edible Seaside parfum spritzed on top. “It piques your olfactory receptors with pleasant aromas of the sea,” she added.
“The Monaco is best enjoyed during a show on the Lake of Dreams with audio and visual stimulation while providing the ultimate experience of colors, flavors, sounds, and aromas—all playing off of one another in a physiological symphony,” Boarini says. The Monaco recipe + preparation
● 1 ½ oz Belvedere Organic Lemon Basil Vodka
● ½ oz St Germain
● ¾ lemon juice
● ½ oz lemongrass ginger
● Rose champagne, to top
● Butterfly pea blossom tea, to top
● Lemon verbena for garnish
