The Harriet’s Margarita provides a unique twist on the classic marg with Shishito Pepper infused tequila, giving it a slight element of spice and tang to accompany the sweetness of the agave. The celery salt rim ads a savory balance to this cocktail. Another favorite, the Al Pastor, balances the forward sweetness of pineapple and Grand Marnier with serrano bitters, an exceptional twist to an almost smokey summer cocktail. All cocktails are $20.
