High Dive was recently opened by award-winning husband and wife team, Chefs Jeremy (NYC’s Michelin-starred restaurant Rouge Tomate) and Cindy Bearman (former Executive Pastry Chef at Jean Georges’ ABC Kitchen). Inside, the hotspot divides its bar area from its dining room, and its chic wood-paneled and mint blue décor is reminiscent of New England’s beachy Cape Cod. Outside, the relaxed patio dining space has a tropical garden vibe.
Using local and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, High Dive’s globally-inspired menu features fresh and bright dishes bursting with intense flavors. This is also true of their stunning, handcrafted cocktails.

The Sailors Say Brandy
Floral, sweet and foamy; shaken with Pisco, Aji Verde, Lime, Egg White with a Tajin rim.
High Dive Negroni
Boozy and nicely balanced; stirred with Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth.
Hawaiian Standard Time
Tropical and tart with a spicy kick; mixed with Pineapple Infused Vodka, Passionfruit, Lime and Turmeric with a Black Salt rim.
Whatever the cocktail of your choice, as a starter, we recommend the scrumptious and zesty Florida Shrimp Ceviche –with green curry, peanuts, tropical fruit, and Kaffir lime.
For your main entrée, go for the delish and savory Fisherman’s Stew of garlic, tomato, fennel, potato, chile and saffron nage, served with grilled bread.
