Lately, I have been thinking that if I practice The Secret enough and put all my mental energy toward preserving the summer, that it will stick around a bit longer. New Cocktail Menu
The hotel’s Beverage Manager, Francis Verrall, told us that the new menus will debut in early October and that there will be a lot more to come on the roof. For now, he says that he recommends enjoying the slushie Frozen Piña Colada with Avua Cachaça or a classic Margarita with el Jimador while hanging poolside.
