As if rooftop bars couldn’t get any better, there are now boozy ice-pops at the Conrad New York.
Just in time for summer, the hotel’s Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar has debuted a new selection of cocktails made with Prosecco-infused people’s pops in flavors like Blueberry Peach with St. Germaine liquor, Yellow Plum-Mint with 10 Cane rum, Peach Vanilla with Widow Jane bourbon, Strawberry Lemongrass with Tito’s handmade vodka, and Red Plum-Sour Cherry with Cointreau. The menu will rotate monthly, with delicious and refreshing new flavors.
The bars’ selection of beer, wine and hand-crafted cocktails will also still be available as well as a new menu of light bites including Sea Salt/Olive Oil Potato chips with a truffle parmesan aioli dipping sauce, Roasted Tri-Color Cauliflower Hummus with assorted bread and crackers, and Rosemary Aged Manchego.
