ABOUT PUERTO RICO COCKTAIL WEEK
Puerto Rico Cocktail Week (PRCW) was founded in 2019 to develop and elevate the cocktail culture in Puerto Rico by showcasing the best flavors of the island. With the purpose of contributing to growth and promoting the discipline of cocktails, the founding partners, Roberto Berdecía and Deliana Olmo, developed a platform that offers educational workshops on current topics for the hotel industry, as well as cocktail lovers. PRCW also unites bars, restaurants, hotels, and other establishments to promote the growth, innovation, and professionalization of this industry in Puerto Rico.
