 In Drink This Now, Recipes

We are clearly in a period of fierce female empowerment and solidarity, so this week, we toast up The Moga cocktail at Bar Moga. Located in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, Bar Moga is inspired by the figure of the moga, or “modern girl,” that emerged in early 20th century Japan.  Like the bar itself, the signature cocktail celebrates the modern pioneering woman.

Created by Becky McFalls-Schwartz $1 from the sale of each one of these drinks is donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the A.C.L.U.  The Moga cocktail is strong and spirit-forward, just like a woman.
