In honor of their first anniversary, Cobble Hill Spanish tapas restaurant La Vara is hosting their first ever five-course winemaker’s dinner this Sunday, March 16th. Representatives from Spanish wine producer Castellroig will be on hand to discuss the Cava wine pairings, while the menu will include warm oysters with artichoke paired with Castellroig Brut Nature and corned ham hock with coffee Espanol sauce with a Castellroig Brut Rosat, all for $65 per person.
