Corner Bar Management, the hospitality group behind Commonwealth and The Laundry Room, transforms its iconic downtown Las Vegas bars into Holly Jolly on Fremont, featuring festive cocktails to sip on this holiday season.
“We’re looking forward to bringing the community together in a safe way this holiday season,” said Ryan Doherty, founder of Corner Bar Management, in a news release. “Our skilled mixology team has created a special holiday menu and we look forward to toasting to the best time of the year and the end of 2020.”
The holiday cocktails offered at Commonwealth and The Laundry Room include the Mistletoe-Politan, Thyme With G-Ma, Cow Flippin, Snap Ginger and Chimney Sweepings.
“The fall/holiday elicits warming rich tones,” said Anthony Partridge, lead bartender at The Laundry Room. “Each cocktail reminds us of favorites throughout the year, but with a warmed variant employing smoke, ginger, baked goods and evergreen aromas.”
