Diddy Levine at The VNYL

This week, we head to The VNYL, where Beverage Director Gareth Howells is having some 1970’s inspired fun with the cocktails. Enter the Diddy Levine, his concoction of Absolut Elyx, Combier Kummel liqueur, chamomile liqueur, white cucumber puree, lemon juice, mint essence and a champagne float.

“If a Tom Collins and West Side f*cked, their love child – who would have been born in France – would be the Diddy Levine,” explains Howells.
