There is a Hidden Cocktail Bar at Coachella From the PDT Team

It’s that time of year again – now, with a super secret cocktail pop-up.

As the crowds head to the desert and descend on Coachella madness this weekend, there is one spot that is not to be missed: the East Village speakeasy Please Don’t Tell (PDT) is running a hidden cocktail bar at Coachella this year and these are the six cocktails that you can sip on – if you can find the bar.

PDT’s Coachella Cocktails

Celery & Tonic

• 2 oz. Plymouth Gin
• 0.75 oz. Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
• 0.5 oz. Fresh Celery Juice
• 0.25 oz. Lime Juice
• 1 oz. Club Soda

Glass: collins
Garnish: cucumber wheel

Indian Summer

• 1 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz. Caña Brava 7yr Rum
• 0.5 oz. Giffard Crème de Banane
• 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz. Lustau Palo Cortado Sherry
• 0.25 oz. Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 0.25 oz. Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur
• 0.25 oz. Simple Syrup

Glass: collins filled with crushed ice
Garnish: three pineapple leaves

Parkside Fizz

• 1.5 oz. Absolut Citron
• 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz. Small Hand Foods Orgeat
• 8 mint leaves
• 1 oz. Club Soda

Pils al Pastor

• 1 oz. Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila
• 0.75 oz. Pok Pok Pineapple Som
• 0.75 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
• 0.75 oz. Lime Juice
• 3 oz. Victory Prima Pils

Glass: Beer glass filled with ice

Shark

• 1.5 oz. Bacardi Silver Rum
• 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz. Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
• 0.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 0.33 oz. Frangelico
• 0.33 oz. Senior Blue Curacao
• 0.25 oz. Petite Canne Sugar Cane Syrup
• 0.25 oz. Heavy Cream
• ¾ tsp Bittermen’s Tiki Bitters
