If you have room for a main dish, consider the decedent Strip Loin -served with butter basted Maitake mushrooms, truffled Sauce Robert paired with Cabernet Sauvignon; or the delish Seared Branzino alongside roasted carrot purée, piquillo pepper escabeche, and buttered turnips paired with a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
