Summer Lovin’: Empire Hotel Debuts Bloody Mary Bar, Snow Cones, Lobster Dogs

The Empire Hotel’s Pool Deck is open for the season, and now, they have a Bloody Mary Bar, too!

On Sundays, guests can create their own personalized concoctions with the many assorted vodkas, beef jerky, shrimp, stuffed olives (bleu cheese, garlic and jalapeño), peppers, hot sauce and so much more, for $15 a drink.

Not in the mood for a Bloody? The Pool Deck also offers a selection of wine and beer, as well as specialty cocktails like the Watermelon Flip Flop with Russian Standard, lemon juice, fresh watermelon and pear liquor and the Monkey in a Tree made with Don Q Passion Fruit Rum, banana liquor, pomegranate juice and fresh lime.

It gets better: boozy snow cones will also be available in a variety of flavors with an option to add a liquor of choice. Summer is here!

If all the drinking gets you hungry, Ed’s Chowder House is offering a signature Lobster Dog with scallop, shrimp and lobster, blended and poached, served with shredded cabbage, Dijon mayo and caraway seeds as well as Spicy Tuna Sliders, Calamari and Tuna Tartare with Waffle Crisps.
