There’s now anther reason to head to the East Village for a night out: The Eddy just launched their winter cocktail menu that features a handful of amazing cocktails from Kelvin, formerly of Mason Premier in Brooklyn. The cocktails range from the “King Rodney”, a staple on the menu, to the Bedrock Fizz that actually features Fruity Pebbles sprinkled on top.
Winter Cocktails
During a recent night of tastings, Kelvin started us off with a cup of Fruity Pebbles with milk, reminiscent of childhood and Saturday Morning cartoons.
#1 – The Bastion
includes Santa Teresa 1796, Kina L’avion D’or, Luxardo Apricot and Lemon.
But the deliciousness didn’t stop there – Kelvin took us through the rest of the menu:
#2 – Crazy 88
(Hopefully named from the Kill Bill movie) Ingredients: Mizu Shochu, Lemon Hard 151, Batavia Arrack, Chai, Passionfruit, Dons #1 Falernum, Verjus
#3 – Galley Chain
Ingredients Include: 1512 Aged Rye, Bols Genever, Toasted Coconut, Cruzan Black Strap, Luxardo Maraschino, Chicory Tincture

#4 – Bedrock Fizz – Fruity Pebble
Ingredients: Greenhouse Old Tom Gin, Aperol, Fruity Pebbles, Blume Marillen, Citrus, Egg White and Cream.

#5 – 7th Regiment Punch
Ingredients: Napolean Armagnac, Hamilton Jamaican, Rasberry Brandy, Oloroso, Manzanilla, Citrus Sherbet, Autumnal Spices, The Bon Vivant’s Companion 1862.

#6 Frances the Mute
Ingredients: Nikka Whiskey, Luxardo Amaro, Becherovka, Pedro Ximenez, Aromatic Bitters.
