Another week means more cocktails, and this week we are digging the Pineapple Express at Komodo in Brickell. This drink blends Casamigos tequila with Thai chili agave, fresh lime juice and pineapple juice with a mezcal mist. It’s then served in a glass rimmed with spiced salt and garnished with a pineapple wheel.
