We have been all about apple lately, but it’s time to switch it up and check out this pomegranate cocktail. Ready for your drinking pleasure at all NYC locations of Bill’s Bar & Burger, the Pom Cooler blends tart yet sweet pomegranate juice with Tanqueray gin, lemon juice and simple syrup plus Burlesque bitters and a sprig of dill. Boozy and refreshing.

Pom Cooler Ingredients and Preparation:

  • 2 oz. Tanqueray Gin
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
  • 12 Drops of Burlesque Bitters
  • sprig of Dill
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .75 oz. lemon juice

In a mixing glass muddle the dill. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake hard (recommended: 30 times). Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
