The Paloma at Baltimore’s The Bluebird Cocktail Room

Spring has sprung – at least on the new menu at Baltimore’s The Bluebird Cocktail Room. The recently debuted offerings for the warm weather are full of fresh and seasonal ingredients like sugar snap peas, rhubarb, red lilies and grapefruit, which is on display in the bar’s deliciously refreshing Paloma cocktail.

The cocktail is simple – just tequila blanco and homemade grapefuit soda – but it’s a must-try during any trip to Bluebird this spring.

“The Paloma was one of our first inclusions to the spring cocktail menu,” explains The Bluebird’s Bar Manager, Benjamin Poole. “Bright grapefruit paired with tequila blanco reminds us that winter is in the past and long, sunny days are right around the corner. That and I really just wanted to make our own grapefruit soda.”
