You may have been for the chicken but it’s time to go back to Le Coq Rico and check out the sparkling cocktails from their new Frenchies Series because who doesn’t like a drink made with bubbles?
The drinks featured in the Frenchies Series program are inspired by the Kir Royale – the original wine cocktail of France made with a delicious and sweet blend of sparkling wine and black currant liqueur – and are made with a mix of sparkling wine (Le Coq Rico generally uses Gruet Blanc de Blancs) along fresh fruit juices and liqueurs.
There are three options to choose from, but we suggest you try them all, natch.
Frenchies Series cocktails
Harry Rico: sparkling wine, passion fruit puree and a dash of thyme syrup
Boulevard Royal: sparkling wine and St Germain with a lychee and lemon twist garnish
French Bellini: sparkling wine, peach puree and a dash of lavender extract, garnished with a lavender bouquet
