William Chase Gin infused with Black Pepper, Passion Fruit Puree, Lime Juice and Passion Fruit Liqueur. Garnished with Lime Zest and a testtube shot of Midori mixed with Vanilla Syrup.
Wild Romance
Chase Vodka infused with Haribo’s Gummy Bear Candies, Apricot Liqueur, Lime Juice, plus a dash of Plum Bitters. Served with a testtube of Lychee Puree mixed with Blackberry Jam.

Very Hercule Poirot; Remy Martin VSOP Cogac, Lemon Juice, Fresh Basil, Brown Sugar and a splash of Graham’s 10 Year Old Port.
